1 lb Sepe Farm lamb liver
1 lb pork shoulder
1 lb venison
3 TBSP onion, finely chopped
1 TBSP garlic, minced
2 TBSP parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp salt
1 TBSP pepper
½ cup heavy cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 TBSP flour
2 TBSP blackberry brandy
4 TBSP dried Porcini mushrooms (reconstituted and chopped)
