Ordering Your Lamb
Our Connecticut-Grown lamb is available in whole or half lambs, Don't worry, a half lamb easily fits in your over-the-fridge freezer! And it's definitely the best value as every cut costs the same amount per pound.
Here's how it works:
First, decide if you'd prefer a whole lamb or half lamb.
Next, click on the 'place order' page and arrange to send us your $50 deposit.
Then, you'll be prompted to give us your cutting instructions. Not sure what cuts you want? Give us a call at (203) 470-4084 and we can walk you through the options.
Once we receive your order and your deposit, we'll contact you to confirm the instructions and schedule your order. We'll also discuss the size of the lamb you'd like.

These are typical retail cuts (the ones we'd get at the butcher), organized by where they'd come from. Yes, in most circumstances you can mix and match! Just keep in mind that a rack of lamb is usually between 1 and 3 pounds, so if you make a roast and chops, your roast may be a small one.
Shoulder: chops, roast, stew, or ground
Loin: Roast or chops
