Mrs. Sepe's Lamb Meatballs
Mrs. Sepe's Lamb Meatballs are one of our favorite lamb dishes!
Mrs. Sepe's Lamb Meatballs
2 lbs ground Sepe Farm lamb
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
¼ cup milk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 TBSP minced onion
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp parsley
Combine the above and form into small meatballs, brown in frying pan. Serve over rice or noodles and smother with sauce!
Sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 package onion soup mix
1 soup can of water
Mix together and pour over meatballs.
You can also freeze the meatballs in the sauce!
